Microflo Software Int'l L.L.C. was founded in 1998 by Michael D'Amico and Rosemary Lieberman and were with the original developer of the product in the early 1990s until forming Microflo in 1998. 

Microflo has been providing consulting and training for the Service Desk Express™ product for more than 18 years.  Our clients include BMC Software, for whom we have developed courseware, conducted training of both their clients and their vendors, and developed Crystal Reports for SDE.  Microflo has more experience with BMC Service Desk Express™ than anyone in the market and also brings to the table an ability to think outside the box to meet your specific needs and goals.  With the breadth of knowledge we have in the product - we ask you to forget what you think SDE can do and tell us what you need.  It's our job to figure it out for you.
